What started as a simple pushcart dream in 2018 has grown into something much bigger.

That Philly Spot was born in Winder, GA, with one mission—bring the bold, authentic taste of Philly down South. Armed with nothing but a cart, an umbrella, and pure hustle, we began serving up refreshing Water Ice, one scoop at a time.

By 2020, the journey took us to Maryland, and we leveled up. In 2021, we hit the road with a fully mobile trailer, taking our flavors farther than ever before.

But when the cold weather rolled in, we didn’t slow down—we adapted. That’s when we introduced a new heavyweight to the menu…
